About UPHC
Welcome to the University of Portsmouth Hockey Club Website.
We are one of the biggest clubs in the Athletic Union, supporting around 110 members, We welcome all abilities and support our members best we can. We have 5 teams that compete in BUCS on a Wednesday throughout term. We also have 2 teams that compete in friendlies on a Wednesday.
We support many charities and throughout the year we run special events to raise as much money as we can. Weekly team events such as pizza and movie nights. We also host big events such as the Sam Copeland Memorial Event, further details of that can be found on the relevant page.
Socials occur every Wednesday starting at the Student Union. Every other week is themed with a fancy dress, so a great chance to be creative. We also run team socials and special events that are held any other time during the week.
